Hi, this is Silver from Reflective Data.
I am happy to announce something new: RD Analytics Roundup, a weekly update aimed to give you a good overview of what’s happening in the world of digital analytics.
Today, digital analytics is growing and evolving faster than ever. Staying up to date is difficult and takes a lot of time!
At Reflective Data, we don’t have a choice, we must be aware of what’s new. Why not put it all together in one place and share it with everyone else?
We started by creating something similar in-house but it turned out to be super useful and therefore definitely worth sharing with others!
How does it work?
Besides including everything we write at Reflective Data (blog, dictionary etc), we also aim to share good content from other blogs and companies.
One more thing we try to include are the important product launches and updates, from us and from others.
The goal is to release this update once a week, although, at this point, we don’t set a fixed day. If nothing too special happened or if the team is too busy with something else, it might happen that we miss a week. Still, we aim once a week.
Our subscribers will receive this update in their inbox. We also post it on our blog and social media pages. Good information is worth sharing!
And now the actual roundup content:
Getting Started With Google Optimize
Google Optimize is a free A/B testing platform that integrates seamlessly with your Google Analytics setup. Around eight months ago, we signed up for their invite list.
We finally received our access around four months later and now we have been actively using it for three months.
Here’s what you need to know in order to get started with running experiments on your website using Google Optimize.
Using Google Optimize For 3 Months
