our story
From a better toolbox to a full data platform
Reflective Data was founded in 2017 by a team of data engineers and data scientists who needed better, more affordable tooling than what the market offered. We built it for ourselves first, then for our clients.
We started closing Fortune 100 deals early, which shaped how we work: enterprise-grade reliability, with the speed and directness of a small team. Today our focus is on small and mid-sized businesses and enterprises.
What makes us different is how closely we work with customers. Many clients choose the fully managed version of our platform, where our engineers run pipelines, models and monitoring for them and stay in touch about what the data means for their business.
