User property
A user property describes an attribute of a user that stays the same across events, such as plan type or customer segment.

Unlike event parameters, which describe a single interaction, user properties describe the person (or device) doing the interaction. They let you segment and compare groups, for example free versus paying users.
Keep personally identifiable information out of user properties unless you have a clear legal basis and the tool allows it.
