Engagement rate
Engagement rate is the share of sessions that were engaged, meaning they lasted long enough, included a conversion or had multiple page views.

GA4 replaced bounce rate as the headline measure with engagement rate. A session counts as engaged if it lasts at least 10 seconds (by default), has a key event, or has at least two page or screen views.
It is the mirror image of bounce rate in GA4: bounce rate is simply the percentage of sessions that were not engaged.
