On-site polls are small questionnaires that you can add on your website and they will help you understand the reason behind visitors’ actions.
Usually, an on-site poll (feedback poll) opens in a pop-up modal at the bottom or in the middle of the website. In most cases, they ask only one question or the main question and then a descriptive one.

- Which other options did you consider before choosing us?

- What other products/features would you like to see us offer?
- Please list the top three things that persuaded you to use us rather than a competitor.
E-commerce
New visitors
- How did you find our website?

- What information is missing or would make your decision to buy easier?

Existing customers
